Greg Lach brings a strong educational foundation and a wealth of experience to his role at Samuelson Insurance. He holds an undergraduate degree from Saint Joseph’s College and an MBA from Purdue University, equipping him with the expertise to navigate the complexities of business and client service. Before joining Samuelson, Greg served as Controller for a business startup and as a National Account Manager, where he managed clients across the United States. These experiences sharpened his focus on client relationship management and business development.

At Samuelson, Greg serves as a Commercial Insurance Advisor, with a commitment to understanding each client’s unique business needs. As a small business owner himself, Greg provides a perspective from “the other side of the table,” offering practical insights and tailored risk assessments that resonate with entrepreneurs and business leaders.

A lifelong resident of Portage, Greg and his wife Connie live in the heart of their community with their daughter, Mei. Their family’s roots in Northwest Indiana go back over a century, and Greg is dedicated to the area’s growth and success. He actively contributes to the community through his roles on executive boards for Friends of Portage Township Parks, the City of Portage Redevelopment Commission, Portage Board of Zoning Appeals, and the past-President of the Portage Chamber of Commerce. Greg’s commitment to community service and deep local connections enrich his work, enabling him to support clients with both industry expertise and a genuine investment in their success.
